By 'referring a racegoer' to Rewards4Racing, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below:

• As the referrer, you will receive 25 points provided that: (1) the racegoer that you have referred has signed-up to Rewards4Racing (using the specific link you have provided them with via Facebook, Twitter, email, text message or WhatsApp); and (2) collected points on the Rewards4Racing programme.
• In each 12 month rolling period from joining Rewards4Racing, you can collect a maximum of 250 points by referring racegoers to Rewards4Racng.
• Your bonus for referring racegoers to Rewards4Racing will be paid in points.  No cash alternatives are available.
• You must ensure that you have the permission of any racegoer that you refer to Rewards4Racing before you send them a link to join via email, text message or WhatsApp.  
• You must ensure that you only send a link to join Rewards4Racing via email, text message or WhatsApp to fans who are 18 years of age or older.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of the 'Refer a Racegoer' promotion:
  • (i). if we discover or suspect the terms are being abused;
  • (ii). in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, we exclude: (1) all liability howsoever arising connected with the 'Refer a Racegoer' promotion; and (2) all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise).
• Any decision that we make in relation to the 'Refer a Racegoer' promotion (or any matter connected with it) is final and binding.
• Any personal data collected for the purposes of the 'Refer a Racegoer' promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Notice.
